Summary

Write a user-guide for working with you. This can include views on how you view success, how you work, what you expect of managers etc (Personal User Guide).

How to be a great mentor to someone? First, ask about their aspirations. Then listen. Then ask what you can do to help. If they don’t suggest anything, try something from giving them feedback, answering their questions, looking out for opportunities for them, connecting them to others (Twitter, May 2019).
